What Is a Port-Out PIN (Transfer PIN)?
A port-out PIN (also called a transfer PIN or number transfer PIN) is a short security code that proves you are allowed to move a phone number to a new carrier. Your new carrier asks for it, checks it with the current carrier, and only then releases the number. For numbers you buy from us, the PIN is in your transfer pack.

Where do I get my port-out PIN?
For a number you bought here, it is in your confirmation email and on your order page. For a number you already own elsewhere, you generate it in your current carrier's app or website.
Is a port-out PIN the same as my account PIN?
No. The account PIN unlocks your account; the port-out (transfer) PIN specifically authorizes moving the number to another carrier. They are often different.
How long is a port-out PIN valid?
It varies by carrier — some expire in a few days. If yours expires, request a new one. The PIN we issue with your purchase stays valid for your transfer window.
